The manufacturer of Happy Heiny's offers a lifetime warranty on their snaps, a 6 month warranty on their elastic and a 3 month warranty on the sewing/workmanship of their products.  They may be contacted via e-mail.

Buy with Confidence - Our Returns and Exchange Policy

Our number one priority at Itty Bitty Baby Bunz, LLC is customer service and satisfaction. If you have any questions about any of our products once you "get them home", please do not hesitate to contact us! Also, although we carefully inspect the quality of our products before shipping them to you, please tell us IMMEDIATELY if you notice any product defects! Your baby's safety and your satisfaction are of highest importance!

We accept new, unwashed, unused items in their original packaging with all paperwork and instructions for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Store credit will be issued for items returned between 31 and 90 days after purchase and for items that have been used and/or washed and returned during the first 30 days after purchase. Due to the rapid rate at which children use and outgrow items, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits after 90 days.

Return payments, exchanges, and store credit can only be issued when return policies are followed correctly. Please contact us for a return/exchange authorization number prior to returning your items to us.  Insurance and/or delivery confirmation is recommended. Exchanges, returns and credits cannot be processed prior to the our receipt of the returned products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product(s). Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed.
